Psychotherapy & Counselling

Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Counselling often supports specific challenges or life transitions, while psychotherapy works at a deeper level, helping you understand the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. In practice, the two often overlap.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you make sense of your experience, reconnect with your strengths, and find new ways forward.

My Approach

I aim to create a safe, grounded, and respectful space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, explore emotional patterns, and support you in moving toward more connection, ease, and self-trust.
